The main aim of modification and development of existing pre-heater tower is to increase the capacity of structure. Besides, due to the active production line, the process of doing the project can be involved. On the other hand, adding or eliminating the metallic elements as well as the construction of the metallic structures, next to the existing pre- heater, done with 3 storeys and 64 meters height. Furthermore, a kiln feed with 38 meters height in 8 levels has been built next to the pre-heater.
The concrete bypass as well as additive silos with different thicknesses are of 27- and 38-meters height respectively. Due to the concrete roof and cones on the lower and inside of the silos, the project executed in the complicated process.
A still gypsum silo with 22m height with 7m diameters next to the above- mentioned structures was carried out.
